OK2TALK – OK2TALK is a community where teens and young adults struggling with mental health conditions can find a safe place to talk about what they’re experiencing by sharing their personal stories of recovery, tragedy, struggle or hope.

NAMI.org – NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness, through mental health education.


NIMH.gov – The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the lead federal agency for research on mental disorders. It offers a wide range of resources from education and awareness to statistics and health topics.


PSI – The purpose of the organization is to increase awareness among public and professional communities about the emotional changes that women experience during pregnancy and postpartum. PSI’s site is used by more than 100,000 users a year who seek support, education and local resource information.


Psychology Today – Psychology Today is a leader in the latest mental health news and trending topics as well as a wonderful resource to assist in locating support and care.
